Before starting on the restaurant menu design, our chefs work closely with the client(s) to understand their vision for the food they want to serve at their restaurant. Based on this, our chefs carefully curate the menu design and conduct product tasting sessions to ensure the final product is as per the client’s vision. We not only provide complete recipes and procedures to the kitchen team but also give a detailed ingredient list, yield calculations, food costing sheets and recommended selling prices. Most importantly, we ensure the kitchen staff is trained to create the same final product once the restaurant is open for business.
